Judy & Charles- dry pack canning
Dale- dehydration & vacuum packing
Natalie- freezing (contact Rachel Gardner to see if she has experience with Smoking for storage)
Please bring anything you can print out to help us better understand your method of storage. We will add it to the binder as a reference for our "students".
More recipes for our binder are welcome! Love the samples we've been bringing!
We are plugging right along at our curriculum and soon enough we will begin teaching. Keep thinking on a date to begin and we will definitely decide that this week. Our next task will be publicizing the event. Not too difficult, seeing as we've witnessed lots of interest - even within the ward!
If you cannot make it Thursday night, please email me documents that may be added. We've got to keep this rolling if we're going to start teaching soon. Thanks for all the work you all have put into this program so far.
